Big shout out to Brandi Ratliff on an incredible extended warranty on my 2024 CX90. I called over TEN dealerships and she had the best pricing by far. I'll have to check y'all out when it's time to purchase our 9th Mazda.
Damaged before sold?! They let those who work there drive the cars around as their personal vehicles and they drive them so dangerously. Running red lights, cutting people off, and riding bumpers. This is the 4th car I've seen in 4 days driving recklessly in town with just this as a license plate. Only a matter of time before they get into an accident.
After my wife totalled her car we needed a good used vehicle. We stopped at J.Allen Ford. Our salesman Paul Derrick showed us his inventory then took us to J.Allen Mazda. No pressure, helpful, and extremely accommodating. He sold us a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. Made sure vehicle was serviced and just went above and beyond our expectations. Brandi Ratliff the General manager made it simple to finalize the deal. I will be recommending these two people and J.Allen to others. Outstanding!
