The quick lane oil change was great everyone on the staff was super
I called first for advice/suggestions when my electric tailgate failed to open for the third time. No one called me back. I went to the dealership to get an appointment. I had to wait a month. I took the truck in on my scheduled day. 5 days later and still not in the shop. I guess being a loyal customer means nothing to them.
Dear J Allen Ford, Bryce came out to my house today to make a recall service call. His knowledge and skills were outstanding. His "carside" manner was excellent and he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I will ask for Bryce to make all my house calls from now on! Thank you, Bryce for a wonderful job! Don’t recommend. My parents were traveling for thanksgiving in their ford explorer and it would suddenly lose power. Called this dealership and the quickest they would look at it was 3 weeks away. Would not offer any suggestions whatsoever. Left me with the impression if you purchase a ford it’s best to not drive it out of town because you stand a good chance of being stranded.
