the main problem with these guys is they are inconsiderate. They bought Ostellot, who were crap heads. They are not much better. The service Dept closes between 12-1. No one there. How stupid. At least have a stagger. I had a tow guy come to get my car and they were gone. He then has to come back.
DON’T TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT: I purchased a 2018 f150 (180,000 miles) from J Allen Ford and before I got out of Gulfport the check engine light came on. The catalytic converters were bad (CODE P0420 and CODE P0430) and needed to be replaced. I was going to take the truck back but was told they would fix it. I took it in to get it fixed and they put aftermarket catalytic converters on the truck.
