Great dining experience. Zach was great. Prompt, polite service with a smile. Meal was delicious . Dessert to go completed the experience on a high note. Excellent!

If you’re looking for a place that never misses, J. Alexander’s is always a good time. The service is consistently incredible, the kind where you actually feel taken care of, not rushed. The food is always cooked to perfection, every single time, which honestly says a lot. And the carrot cake… let’s just say it’s reason enough to keep coming back. It’s that good. One of those spots you can count on, whether it’s a casual dinner or something a little more special.
The waiter was slow. The food was mid at best. There were people dressed very inappropriately. I lady literally had on leather booty shorts and a vest. I have learned from this experience if it's attached to a mall, don't go. I had to send my steak back. My mashed potatoes were cold. The staff looked like they couldn't handle to volume.
