Never get their prime rib at the end of the day, taste’s awful and tuna texture like that’s dry. They took it off my bill but unfortunately I lost my appetite and couldn’t eat anything after I tasted it. Why serve it!? People wana go home and don’t care? I remember when I frequented here years ago wow! Their teams in either location . Times have changed- just the nature of the labor market.

I don’t know where to begin. As a regular guest, every time I walk through the door I am wowed. From the service from CHARLES (my fav), Steven, or Alyssa, to the outstanding service from the hostess Shandi, who always goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for all of them. I once came for the amazing food, but it’s the servers service that keeps me coming back for more. Thank you Jay Alexander and your amazing staff for always providing my family and I with an amazing experience. Mya
