Worst experience renting in my life! My family and I moved up to Unicoi from another state to be closer to my job and to eliminate traveling. First off... Communication. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Alan does not communicate well at all by any means. We traveled up here to an apartment that was not even ready. We had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights just to wait for the apartment to be ready to be moved into. Even then, we move in, and nothing is completed. Alan was representing me as a buyer in a purchase and did a very poor job. As others have noted, the communication was horrible and I had to chase him all of the time to get answers. Post closing a major issue arose and he won't respond to anything. I regrettably may have to take legal actions to get things made right. No positive reviews tells you something, right.

We were solicited by this agency to sell our lakefront property. As soon as we signed the documents, we heard nothing else. Over the next six months several requests for updates on how the sale is going were sent to the agency with no response. It appears their interest is only in adding to the total properties under contract and not doing what is necessary to make a sale.
