Horrible service, I would not recommend ok if we’re going to tell the truth. I never once yelled at anyone but if I was going to it would be you . Your service is horrible. Not the insurance company. You never take calls you never return calls. You didn’t listen when I told you about my fuel tank being after market. And waiting for 3 months for a part I got myself in 6 days . They do phenomenal work, always happy with what they do. Only issue I've had is we agreed for some extra work to be done on another area of the vehicle while the insurance job was getting done (Quoted us a great price since the paint was already out for the insurance job). When the job was done and called to inform us, they told us the other work was not done and that they didn't know that we wanted that done. I had a minor fender bender in January and my insurance gave me the choice of going with J Adams Autobody or another autobody shop in town. I chose J Adams after speaking with their staff because their customer service was stellar. When going through insurance claims for repairs I know there are usually delays due to back-ordered parts, which did happen with me. Excellent work on my Toyota, and even improved it to prevent future rusting. They made sure all the components worked properly and took care of the programming. The communication was good, and the price was good. Will book again.
They do INCREDIBLY perfect work. They also run a great deal of insurance work through their shop, however. This generally means they're incredibly booked and take longer than the lengthiest amount of time they roughly quote you. If they tell you to expect three days, plan for a week and use the rental vehicle option your insurance company offers if applicable.
