Just got my meat back. I took a big Nebraska deer in already cut up. Was not able to do myself so left 15-20 pounds of backstrap with fat already trimmed. Got 4 packages back. Spoke to the mgr and he said the most you get after trimming is 2 1/2 pounds. Ridiculous! Rest of the meat is ok but don’t leave your backstrap. Somebody other than me went home with a lot of my backstrap. Same thing happened to my buddy .
