I should have looked at reviews before hiring this company. Should have also realized it was a red flag when they only accept cash and I quote “customers complain about any little thing and request a charge back”. To set up the appointment they were quick. Once they installed the tent I left the house and noticed through the cameras that the tent had flown open by the wind and I called Juan and his reply was “I don’t care what you see on the cameras the tent is up” which he then came out to put more sandbags to secure the te... read more
