Slum Lords!!!! Tenants infested my house with roaches twice, and another set fire to the house and did nothing to correct the damages is caused! They do not fix problems with the property or problems that their property causes mine. They finally have a wonderful tenant in the property and they treat her and the property like trash in a neighborhood where 2 BR houses are selling for $200K.
