I used Home Depot to purchase and install my new garage door and door opener. The installation was performed by J & A Overhead Door. I was unable to be present during the installation process but this company went above and beyond to complete the work without delay. I did have a bit of trouble operating the door so they came back out to my residence to assist me and took the time to answered any questions I had. I really appreciate their services. This is my third time around with J&A. Consummate professionals but with a distinct small local business personal touch. This time around it was a bigger job which they diagnosed within the first 5 minutes, told me exactly what needed to be done, how long it will take and exactly what it will cost all in which is usually half of the service to expect. Very impressed with J & A Overhead Doors. They were at our home within an hour of us calling them with a garage door that was falling of the tracks in to our garage!! There customer service was fabulous. They were willing to fix our current garage door (25 years old) to save us money before the holidays.
