Cut my toe nails too deep on the sides. toes are now sore to the touch. didn’t paint my whole nail. paint chipped the next day. went with my mom for the deluxe pedi. my mom didn’t get the soak or the scrub or the dead skin scraper. jenny kept answering the phone and only gave my mom half of what she had paid for. cross contamination. not cleanly. argumentative. didn’t push back my moms cuticles. need to hire a receptionist. never going back ill literally go anywhere else or do it myself.
