I called around to all of the top competitors in the city and they all wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee before doing any work, even though I already knew which parts needed to be replaced. I called J&A and they gave me no hassle, I told them what parts I needed installed and they said they would do it no problem and no diagnostic fee. I called J&A at 7 pm today,and opted for immediate service because the furnace was down. Neb was there immediately, communicated effectively,and got the job done by 9:15 pm. Yes, weekend rates and other costs applied, but he explained everything clearly before invoicing. Great service!
Went from a no-heat 9 pm emergency at -35 C to a running furnace with one phonecall. Levi talked me through the diagnosis and reset over the phone, and 45 minutes after we first noticed the heating was out we had hot air pumping again. Thank you for helping me avoid an after hours in-person visit! Friendly, competent, patient. Will definitely go to them again for our heating needs.
