JA did a patio and pool deck for us a few years ago and due to the patio pour failing they installed an overlay over the top. The overlay has now failed in several locations and upon contacting them they agreed to come take a look. It has now been 5 weeks and they have failed to come address and will no longer respond to communications. These guys are not the cheapest in town and pride them self on superior service. I expected better.
Do all of your company trucks with massive hitches on the back always text and drive on their phones, almost causing accidents with 3 young children in the backseat? Or just the one we encountered on 77 10 minutes ago? The hitch on the back of his truck was swerving into our lane and almost took us out completely. When we honked and drove up to pass him, his head was buried in a phone. Do better. Had we gotten into a wreck, at 70 MPH, who knows what your driver could’ve been responsible for.
I had a great experience with my j a concrete. Highly recommend
