I never thought I’d be writing a glowing review for an auto body shop, but J A Autobody completely blew me away. From our very first meeting, I knew my vehicle was in expert hands. Yoshio is incredibly thorough, honest, and was always available to answer my questions. The repairs were flawless and completed much faster than expected. Truly an outstanding experience - thank you, Yoshio, for the phenomenal work and top-notch service!
Yoshio did an excellent job of repairing scrapes, dents, and body damage to my 2019 Subaru Forester. He painted the car and repaired all the exterior damages and replaced a damaged piece of trim for free. His fee was reasonable, as an added service he detailed the interior. He gave a two week estimate for the work to be completed but when I told him that I needed the car in a week and I said I would have to rent a car while he finished the work, he completed everything in one week. Incredible service from beginning to end. One of the most professional and thoughtful business interactions I’ve ever had. Truly fortune in finding very knowledgeable and patient management and the friendliest of staff. Truly a wonderful experience and the car looks amazing. They know what they’re doing from all aspects that I made sure to take cards so I recommend J A Auto body to everyone!!
After reading positive reviews and looking at the website, I went to JA Auto Body for an estimate. The owner, Yoshio, showed me how to avoid having my entire bumper replaced! He saved me money, fixed minor scratches & advised me on how to care for my car. Honesty & Customer Service are high priorities for me. I'm glad I found a shop I can trust.
This body shop is absolutely great. They did a wonderful job replacing the door after it was sideswiped on the passenger side. The owner was very helpful and I enjoyed speaking with him. Highly recommend this place
