Brian is an owner operator.Rude, unco-operative. I wish I would have read the reviews before I rented my unit. I owed late fees and he takes this personally. Do not expect professional unbiased service from this business. There is one other employee who basically can rent you a unit, I think. Any other issues, you have to deal with the man in charge ( control ). Be prepared for an unpleasant experience if you require anything out side of the ordinary. 1 star is being generous.
False advertising and the man that owns it is one of the rudest people ever had to deal with. Owful.
