I called before I drove to the 1st Ave address located online just to make sure my pre-employment paperwork had been sent in and everything was set up for me to come in. I arrived at 1st & Prince & the front door was locked. Other people were arriving as well, also confused as to why the business was locked. I called again and I got the impression that the woman who answered was annoyed by me calling back. "Um. You must be at the wrong entrance." Got my test done and results fast
I’ve been here on multiple occasions in the morning to test for school and the same lady with the long black hair is always just there. I just wanted to let J2 know that she’s rude and ignores people and always has her face buried in her phone. She made me and another person wait for 40 minutes because apparently we’re on her time. On the bright side? The old man that helped me was so sweet and had the right attitude! I wish more people were like him!

Francisco is so gentle and so good at what he does! I am so grateful for this Lab. I purposely stay away from the big box labs and enjoy this location tremendously. They are genuine people doing genuine business. #grateful
