I called today to make my daughter a cleaning appointment. They told me due to my insurance, which is Medicaid that they could only see me in the morning because I have Medicaid. I have never heard anything like that. I am a surgical nurse I’ve been in the dental field for a very long time and I have never heard of the office telling you they won’t see you in the afternoon because you have Medicaid mind you, my daughter is in school during the time they’re asking me to bring her. Izzy’s staff is amazing! Dr Izzy knows how to help the kids feel at ease. He performed an extraction on my daughter and he easily distracted her and was able to inject the anesthesia without her getting freaked out. I was proud of her and impressed by how caring and thoughtful he was to her. The extraction was quick. The kids love the dentist now!! The office has an amazing home space and is very welcoming. The dentist was born to be a dentist for children. The way he works so well with children still has me blown away. In awe. Both of my children have been coming here for normal exams and cleanings. Always has been a great experience. All staff are lovely, even the soft 4-legged one. Today my son needed to have an extra tooth pulled and the way Dr. Izzy works is magic.
