Ice cream was ok they charged me an additional $61 with out telling me and I have had a mess due to Kirby’s mistake. If he is a manager as he claims he should be fired for poor customer service. If you make a mistake admit it and fix it on the spot don’t BS the customer 2 days after the fact

The Izzy scoop is the best! I had a coffee single in a cup with salted carmel Izzy scoop. So good!
I couldn't make up my mind fast enough (I was the front of the line). So they just skipped me and never got back to me. Like I was invisible. Their excuse was they were 'busy' (well duh, it's summer). But hey, FOUR people behind the counter and no one could help me? Plus, the garbage by the front door was overflowing onto the ground. This place works best when they're NOT busy. Otherwise, pretty mediocre service. It's been months since I posted this and I haven't gone back. Apparently they are ok with bad reviews.
