RecommendedAs a vegan I often have to contend myself with an Impossible Burger or something alike. Tonight I was offered a vegetable cassoulet in marinara sauce that was delicious ans filling. Thank you!

Sage is our favorite restaurant in Brevard! unbelievably fantastic food at exceptionally good pricing for the the food and service recieved. My wife and I are foodies and have paid much more for less consistent quality and would gladly pay more here. Never a bad meal, never a dish we didn't thoroughly enjoy and always excellent service. if you enjoy great food and service along with good pricing....Sage Bistro is a must.

Sea bass over avocado mashed potatoes and asparagus. Wow. Just wow. Sarah, the owner, is lovely and bartender, Kelly, is terrific!

the entire staff was excellent. order the "cajun pot pie"
The food is prepared awesome. I did not care that much for the avocado mashed potatoes. But everything was well prepared and the fish done perfectly.
Our meals were delicious! The service was excellent and our servers were very pleasant and attentive! Very nice! 🏼
