I have tried to obtain a rear coil spring for a Taurus X AWD Limited for months from many salvage yards. They only made about 30,000 of these cars and there are no springs available. I stumbled upon IZZY, who said that he would find one. The first one he found was badly rusted, but he persevered and found another car with perfect springs. He spent a lot of time on this where others quit and was always very courteous and helpful and even contacted me after the yard was closed to give a tracking number.
I had a heck of a time on my own trying to find an ABS Replacement Module for my 1999 Ford F-150. Izzy went above and beyond to find me the exact part I needed. The customer service and communication was absolutely outstanding as well. If you ever need a part, go right to Izzy's first, you'll be glad you did! Tim P.
Needed a sun visor for a 2003 van. I could only find one that was damaged and the person said that they would reach out to others parts dealers. I received an email from Izzy's stating that they had the part. During a phone call, he sent me a picture of the item to ask it was the correct part. I said yes and the part was shipped. It was well packaged, no damage and looked new. Great service.
Amazing customer service and follow up. I thought I had reached a dead end looking for an obsolete part - a PCM for my 2004 Ford Thunderbird. Izzy dug into his network and located a few options. Price was fair and it arrived as promised. Installation is scheduled for Monday - fingers crossed that my lil' bird will be back on the road soon! Thank you Izzy - pleasure working with you!
very bad customer service over the phone, called becuase was given an email contwxt information about this company havemy vechile part in stock,go ahead call, and first question from the gentleman that answered was where I was located, go ahead and let him know california, starts automatically saying about shipping and cost-effective, firstim the customer and I will be paying for the shipping, very condescending as well,
I contacted several salvage yards to find a driver’s door arm rest for my 2007 Hyundai Entourage. All told me they would only sell me the entire door panel (which included the arm test), which was not only expensive but added greatly to the shipping cost. Fortunately, I called Izzy’s, who had the part on the door panel but said he would sell me just the arm rest at a great price and which also greatly reduced the shipping cost.
