My first visit was 5 months ago and I visit every 3 weeks, and I am always taken within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The services offered are luxurious, and the technicians provide superior service. The salon has a quiet relaxing feel. I look forward to my self care time. Thank you Stacy and staff for creating a relaxing environment.
Been to many nail salons past 10 years and this ranks at the top for quality and efficiency
Needed 10 y.o. nails painted. No mani no pedi. Just paint. Turned away at 430pm saying full for the night. Ive never had this happen let alone such an easy ask on a Friday when most salons are staffed. Ill drive the extra 3 miles for J&L always now.
The nail tech did an ok job, but the quality of their polish appears "watered down" and a thin consistency applied on my nails. I have never run across this at other nail salon. Perhaps it is a poorer quality of product that they use? Also, want to mention that it took an extremely long time. For reference, this was a gel manicure and pedicure that I got.
Wonderful, friendly people and they do an outstanding job.
