The team at Izzy is wonderful! Always friendly and welcoming and they do an amazing job with my nails! I’ve gotten both gel and dip manicures here and they do a beautiful job, always making sure to deliver exactly what I want! I have gotten a ton of compliments on my nails recently (go Birds! 🦅) and it’s all thanks to the staff at Izzy. So glad I found them.
EDIT: Been a loyal customer to this place for 2yrs and never felt like they cared enough. Its never easy to get an appointment because they are understaffed & overbooked. The final call to quit came, when I went for my appointment that I made days ago, even confimed the day of (hours) before going. When I got there I was told that I didn't have an appointment?! Then was told, oh Stacey had to leave because she got sick, well ok, but someone could have called to let me know to reschedule or worse case ask me while I was there... read more

The team is talented, friendly, and dedicated—it’s our go-to spot every time!
Very disappointed. After 2 years, rude treatment and extremely low customer service occurred. I had an appointment and they told me to come back an hour later. I explained I had another appointment and couldn’t. They became very rude and refused to work things through . They take walk ins even when you have appointment. Owners do not seem happy.
