When first opened the Quality was great, it’s been going down hill. Upper management should really do an Audit here.
Can't get enough of their nachos!!
The blk girl who made my food today was so unnecessarily rude when making my order. Like ok, I didn’t know y’all had different kinds of tortillas but you didn’t had to yell it too my face. The condescending attitude towards me was just unwarranted. If I ever go back, i’ll specifically ask for someone else to make my food.
Incompetent employees, awful service from start to finish.. this location hasn’t changed much since they have opened.. I’m actually curious at times if these people are trained to do their jobs, or hired and let loose on the line.. does this location even have a manager? Only izzos on this side of the parish line and it’s poorly managed.. if you’re miserable with your job, stop showing up..
