This place gave my child an appointment for Saturday early morning, we come all the way here to find out the office is closed so I called the answering service they told me they don't work on the weekends....WHAT???THEN SO ATLEAST LET YOUR PATIENTS KNOW,THEY STILL HAVE SATURDAY HOURS ON THEIR WEBSITE PLUS THE RECEPTIONIST PROUDLY TOLD ME MAM WE ARE HERE ON SATURDAY 8A TILL 3PM..THEY DID NOT SEND ME ANY NOTIFICATIONS.TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER..what kind of Dr's office is this??
My husband and I just had our sweet baby boy first visit today at this pediatric office and the visit was amazing.Nurse Ariella was very attentive to details, patient , caring & kind to our baby. Oh she’s jovial & outgoing too—in which she kept us laughing the entire time. With that being said she made us feel welcomed .Also Dr. balusu got all our questions answered ,along with being helpful , professional &friendly to us. More so he was gentle, kind , caring & nurturing to our baby the entire visit . I would recommend this ... read more
