Horrible! I would never suggest that anyone uses Iza. She had been referred to me, so I had high hopes for her. I am an out of town bride, so my fiance and I made a trip to FL to meet our vendors. She asked me to send her some pictures of bouquets and flowers that I liked and she would get back to me with her ideas. After sending the pics and the email, two days later, I didn't hear from her. I ordered flowers from 1-800-Flowers.com and Izas was the florist chosen. (So this is NOT about 1-800-Flowers. I received great customer service from them.) I ordered the Birthday Flower Cake online and did not get the beautiful flower cake pictured. Instead, I got something that looked totally different. A cheaper looking version of it and it did not look like a cake but a bad hat. It's is not 1-800-Flower's fault.
