Horrible! I would never suggest that anyone uses Iza. She had been referred to me, so I had high hopes for her. I am an out of town bride, so my fiance and I made a trip to FL to meet our vendors. She asked me to send her some pictures of bouquets and flowers that I liked and she would get back to me with her ideas. After sending the pics and the email, two days later, I didn't hear from her.
