Great food and service. Closest thing we'll have to an actual Japanese izakaya in the states. Normally I strongly dislike QR ordering but it's actually done well here. You can leave the tab open and just order a few plates at a time (best to do this so your food doesn't get cold). Food is Japanese izakaya style, so it's mostly very small plates, like a single skewer at a time, so you can try a lot of foods instead of a huge platter of 1 food. Staff were great as well. The food is expensive for what you get. The food, itself, is good, but nothing to really rave about to family or friends. The service was wonderful, though. The QR system made it easy to re-order without waving down a waiter. It's a good try for one meal, but I probably wouldn't come here, again, due to the portion-to-price ratio.
Our new favorite restaurant! After discovering this charming little izakaya around the corner from home, we’ve been coming here pretty much weekly for the last 6 weeks. Everything we’ve tried is amazing, affordable, delicious, and extremely authentic.
