It breaks my heart to write this but unfortunately she’s left me no choice and I feel I have an obligation to warn others. Being certified as an IBE specialist requires a level of standard and quality from us stylists ( I am one myself ) I had a transformation (blonde service & new hair install) back in May by Iza.
