Great Customer Services Our PC Crashed without any type of external or cloud backup having been done. The guys at iYogi recovered important documents, removed the hard-drive for us and hooked us up with an external hard-drive reader to access the rest. The service was very timely and the customer service was better than what I have experienced with other big box places.
Keep up the gud work I couldn’t turn on my PC and all I could see was the power LED light. I was thinking of solutions to and what went wrong inside that it stopped showing any sign! My wife reminded me of the annual on-site computer repair plan I signed up with iYogi. I called iYogi to get an engineer at home and check my PC.
Pleasant Experience While working on editing some Christmas photos, the Adobe Photoshop software on my PC was freezing respectively. Despite my efforts of finding any effective answer through Google, I decided to call on-site computer repair engineer of iYogi. As promised, an engineer dropped by my home to help me fix the issue. In addition to fixing Adobe Photoshop software, he also optimized my PC and improved the performance of my PC.
Great Experince Overall the experience with iyogi was really great. The staff is really quick and in very less amount of time they reached my place to resolve the issue I was facing on my computer. The support they provided was genuine and extremely professional.
My last hope - iyogi iYogi was my last hope to get my old desktop get back to work. It had multiple software issues and my local technician was tired of repairing it and suggested me to buy a new machine instead of wasting money on it. But I still wanted to give one last try. I booked an appointment with iYogi engineer. He visited my place and thoroughly checked my computer. He spent around 4 hours repairing my computer, but finally made it to work. I will surely call him again if I have any computer problem in the future.
