An amazing experience. I am new to yoga & so glad I chose this studio. This is real yoga!
Benny is awesome! I’ve tried studio yoga classes and where the main goal is to sweat but Bennys classes are more focused on form and the deeper meaning behind yoga. To listen to your body and calm your busy mind. I’ve learned so much from just a dozen classes and am excited to see where this journey takes me. Thank you Benny for sharing your knowledge with us!
