A very wide menu with a large selection of premium sake. The food was excellent and the service superbe. This is not the standard sushi boat kind of restaurant, you don’t find California Roll or Teka Maki, this is for aficionados of Japanese cuisine.

Each item was beautifully prepared, presented, and delicious. The Summer Sazarac, the scallop/foie gras, the hamachi sashimi, the prawn tempura triangles, the salmon, the duck risotto, the poached pear, the semifreddo, the green tea, the service, ambiance, vibe. All perfect.

Probably the top 2 best Asian restaurants in the Bay Area. No offense the ramen at Ramen Gaijin in Sebastopol is better but your offerings are more expansive and top notch!! A hit to Pabu/Hana-Rohnert Park!
