I’m shook! Worst experience, and I even tried to take ownership for my part in it. I’ve worked in the salon industry and can totally understand having a late policy. Because of this, I tried to call and let him know I was running behind and was going to offer to release my appointment 2 times 10 minutes before my appointment. Tried texting the number as well. Luis!! Traveled in from NYC and needed a cut. My barber who cuts for USMNT was out of town so I couldn’t get a cut before my trip to Cali. Found Luis after lots of research and his cut did not disappoint. The fade was on point and his vibe was chill af. If he was in NYC, he would be my barber for sure. Keep it up Luis, see you soon.
