Mole was very good!! Margaritas were excellent!
The food, it’s ok. We went twice there, for dinner and breakfast, and I think is overpriced. The atmosphere is alright. It has an American vibe on it. They do their corn tortillas from scratch which is awesome. Their mango margarita is good, but honestly the food is alright. They serve big portions but they are mostly beans and rice. And they pico de gallo has coleslaw on it, which I find weird and not good.
I Just love the family oriented atmosphere at Ixtapa. From the beginning the service was great. Suggestions were made for drinks and desert. After I placed the order the service was a bit slower then usual but not to slow. The food carnee asada is on point.
