Courtney helped me through a difficult problem I was having because of a spam incident! She was very helpful and professional and told me what I needed to do. Thank goodness I had her and Ixonia Bank to help me!!
Maybe you need to have grown up here for them to know your name, because I have been banking at this Bank since I moved to Watertown 8 years ago, and every time I go to get quarters for laundry, or need to take out a large amount of money, I have never had more of an issue getting my own money at any other bank or credit union I've used in the past. Sometimes the tellers are nice to me, and sometimes they're not, and they never know who I am.
