Love the classes and instructors � they are great, and same with the babysitters.. Very friendly my Leo has a blast!!
Great place to work out no matter what shape your stomach ' s in.
Recently I completed 7 sessions with a Personal Trainer (Ethan) and my results were excellent... my numbers at my annual physical all improved significantly and I just went skiing for the first time in 6 years... spent a full day on the mountain and felt great afterwards. Very pleased with my workouts with Ethan... great guy and very encouraging! Thanks buddy!
