Rude was staff. Staff answered and was talking to someone in office. Did not say hi or ask me to hold. Just kept talking I was confused and kept asking hello are you talking to me but when staff was attentive to me she said they were not taking new patients and hung up on me. I called back and asked if I was disconnected she said she was with a patient and to call back in 4wks to see if they are taking patients :/
Dr. Rivera and staff were amazing.
