We hired Iwig to replace our main sewer line and from beginning to end it was quality work with very transparent people. Jennifer was quick with scheduling a quote and easy to work with regarding deposit and final payment. Tommy, Kevin, and Tim were very hard working, quick, and professional. Even when unexpected issues rose up they were quick to address them with me, present options for solutions, and handled the fix with ease. I hired this company to replace my main sewer line. A total disaster they ruined my whole backyard. I had to hire an excavator company to come in and smooth out my yard. They destroyed my in-ground sprinkler lines which I expected to happen but did not fix told me it was my responsibility. Put a hole in my utility shed but said they didn’t damage but there was a pile of dirt by the hole. They did the damage. Quality work is not their strong point. I filled out Iwig's online estimate form, after learning from the local Rural Water Dept that we had an underground leak in our service line. I was so "wigged out" that I mistyped my own phone number. Jennifer, Iwig's Office Manager I believe, called the number on the form, of course being the wrong number, and then emailed me right away to learn how to get in touch with me.
