On a trip to Wisconsin the alternator went out int the van, they didn't have what we needed, but they found us one and while we changed ours out they went and got us the new one. They lent use the tools we needed and charged our battery at the same time. They're above and beyond.
Horrible customer Service! Went in to buy a negative battery terminal cable and the guy had no idea what I was talking about so I had him come outside to look at it as I was sure maybe I called it by a wrong name. He then proceeded to completely pick my battery up and move it all around at which time it sparked and then my car would no longer start. When I asked him what he was going to do about him he stated he would do nothing as he was not a mechanic. I said we'll since you are not a mechanic you should not have touched m... read more
