An excellent wash. I have washed my Nissan Leaf there once a week for over 3 years . I normally get the top wash and wax and people ask me where I get it detailed. I only use iWash. I just traded my old vehicle and got a new one and already washed it last week. Best place in Nashville/Brentwood. I also wash several of our work trucks in the Murfreesboro office there at the Brentwood location when they are in the area on jobs. They have a great touch free wash for ladder trucks and work vehicles.
I have a Jeep and my antenna does not go down, so I avoid most car washes. I love this car wash because it has a touch free wash! I’m never concerned about my car. I have been coming to this car wash since 2011- it’s always a good experience. The owner is here on busy days, pre washing cars. That’s dedication!
I have been using iWash for several years and just recently bought an unlimited plan. I absolutely love being able to just drive in and not have to fool with the payment machine anymore. Andi and the guys that work here are awesome too. They always ask me and my wife if there is anything that they can do to make our experience with them better.
Clean facility, nice staff, well kept and love the convenience open 24 hours with FREE vacuums and unlimited washing. Has a wash for every budget with brushes and Touch free. Has a prewash with a chemical that is wonderful on your vehicle paint and roof, front of car for bugs, tree sap, birds etc. and brushes do not scratch your car, then you drive thru and it washes for you .. love this place
I had gone to Houston to try help out with the flood and the bugs were caked on my truck. I was trying to find a do it yourself carwash because I knew it would need to be scrubbed. I drove into the lot and saw it was automatic and as I was driving out, the owner stopped me and said he could get my truck clean. I pulled back in and he went above and beyond by actually helping get the bugs off the front. Then when he found out where I had come from, he thanked me for going down there to help out and he washed my truck for free... read more
Went for the first time to iWash and the touchless car wash barely even cleaned the car. However, the owner made it right and the car looked perfect the second time.
I have used this location for several years as it is the only place around that has the touchless wash, but today it took 3 washes for a total of $34 dollars and hand wiping to get the car clean. It was completely unacceptable. Follow up... the owner saw this review and called me to make it right.
