Avoid Iwanyshyn & Associates. My experience with them was a nightmare of overbilling and complete silence. My attorney showed up 20 minutes late to my very first custody hearing, leaving me stranded. The firm repeatedly ignored my emails and ghosted opposing counsel, which directly resulted in me being blindsided by a court-filed Motion to Compel. Their billing practices are predatory. Do not hire this firm if you're fighting for serious things such as your child's safety. I find it ironic that this is the second time that I've had to leave this review because they somehow keep trying to get it deleted to cover up what happened. The only person who is actually helpful there and treated me like a human being was the paralegal. My daughter was dealing with SA abuse from her father. They suck they took my money and never contacted me. I had to contact them to get information. They didn’t even know I was a client. They had me sending them receipts that I paid for their services. before they would even talk to me again, they set up one date for me to have a coparent meeting. after that meeting, they set up a date for me to go to court and told me I didn’t need a Attorney eater. I had a bad experience with this firm. I called to consult about a case and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. However, I then received a follow up email with a summary of our case and never heard from them again. I reached out again and did not hear back. Very disappointing.
DO NOT USE THIS LAWFIRM... JB is the most rude, inconsiderate, incompetent person you will ever deal with. They charge $6,000 for a divorce and everytime they work on your case charge you $300 per hour, you will end up scammed out of $20,000+
