What do you buy a father to comfort him after the death of his wife? Flowers. My father's flowers never showed up, but the owner of Ivywood Florist, did show up with a nasty, unprofessional, childish response to our complaint. I would not recommend this flower shop owned by a vapid man who doesn't care for the customers' legitimate complaints. He will not accept responsibility, nor will he attempt to fix errors. We were given one contact number to deliver the arrangment to the recipient. We called twice. We left two messages. The next day the recipient called saying he had actually been at work the day before and didn't answer his phone or even listen to his messages until the next day.
