This is a great place to live and is close to everything and the management is so loving and kind and so accommodating!!! I definitely would recommend checking this place out!!! Teresa is definitely the best landlord out there. She is very sweet. Also, Ronnie is the best maintenance guy out there. He is really down to earth and really accommodating.
This is a really great apartment community, close to I-75, BGSU, and some of the best shopping and restaurants in town. And thank you Teresa and Ronnie for all your help, and for running such pretty, clean, friendly, affordable apartments!
I've rented here for two years now and Teresa is always understanding and works with you when needed.Rent is probably the cheapest you will find in bg!Its a good starter apartment for you and a partner or even just you!
Side walk very dangerous going into apt 13
I was with my son when he signed his lease and got his keys to a studio apartment. Theresa was great! She explained everything and answered all of our questions. Very nice, glad my son is renting through her. The apartment is nice, not a new modern place but is in great shape! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Theresa for making the process easy.
