Excellent service
They initially play nice and seem as if they will help you. Which is great until you get home to missing packages or someone going into your home when your not there. Not to mention that when moving out consider your deposit gone literally. Also ppl in the parking lot doing drugs at night and random ppl going inside the community yes its a gated community but defenitly not safe at all. My fist encounter was terrible, which I’m thankful for because I could have eventually ended in up in a bad situation, had I rented here. These apartments are really ghetto by the way. Ivywood apartments were advertising rentals on several sites and had fliers outside of their complex, so I was intrigued to stop by one day. Me and my boyfriend we apply on Monday and Esabel the manager she told us shea going to give us the answer next day and I text her every day and she’s kep saying. Tomorrow and Tomorrow and making promises to give the answer. And I get mad because she said I give u the answer on Monday when she make us to waist time and money...we paid 90$ for 2 aplicacións and also here super visor called me screaming on me because. I was complaining about false promises to give us the answer
