I have seen this dentist and have nothing but the best of praise; she over communicates what she is doing so there are no questions; she has the best bed side manor; she is extra gentle; the staff is very pleasant; I highly recommend this dentist
I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Yoo. She was meticulous and gentle with her hands and made sure I was comfortable in her chair. Her staff is quite friendly and diligent, and they tried to make my visit as pleasant as possible. If I had any questions before or after the procedure, Dr. Yoo and her staff happily answered them for me. Dr. Yoo is very caring and gentle. She makes me feel comfortable during the procedures and reassures me whenever I begin to feel anxious. Her staff is friendly and warm- they help make my experience even better.
One thing that scares me more than anything in this world? Going to the dentist. I knew I had alot of work to be done and was quaking in my boots about stepping into a dental office. Dr. Yoo is licensed to offer different types of sedation, and my experience was GREAT for the very first time! What's even better - she has small and gentle hands - I never felt the shots! Very friendly and informative staff. Dr. Yoo takes her time and is very gentle during the procedure.
It was the best office i have been to in a long, it didnot even feel like i was at the dental office.
The staff made me feel like I was at home, and understood my fears that I have for the dentist.
