Thank you, Tahmina and Jestin, for conducting my extraction with such professionalism and care. Although an extraction is never a pleasant experience, the clear pre-op explanation, the gentle approach, and the minimal discomfort made the process far better than expected. While I wouldn’t wish an extraction on anyone, I’d have no hesitation returning to Ivydene should I ever need another one.
Over the last 2 years since the new management have taken over, the quality of dental care has dropped significantly. Checkups no longer follow the NHS guidelines, but are a very quick inspection. The surgery is focussed on the sale of additional treatments and services, such as monthly subscriptions for treatment plans. My advice to patients is that you demand to receive the treatment you’ve paid for.
All round pleasant experience from the welcoming reception staff to Manasi and her assistant. The relaxing tv screen and music in the surgery rooms is a very good idea.Highly recommend this practice.
No bad things to say about this dentist went to hygienist teeth were stained after 40 mins of her hard work my teeth came out looking brand new, before starting the procedure they ask if your comfortable and take little breaks in case you have any back or shoulder problems like me 100 percent guarantee you will be happy there
First time having periodontal care and my dentists were Annie and Tina, they were so welcoming and put me at ease. I needed that after receiving such bad service previously and now suffering anxiety around dental care.They were amazing and I comfortably booked in for a 6 month check.
