Office and Maintenance teams have been nothing short of incompetent since Christina Hilbourn took over. Been here since November 2021 and I’ve never gotten worse response times than from Christina and her team. Where to start? I am a current tenant who moved here in 2021.A month after being here, my carpet starting becoming soaked via my patio door after any heavy rain.Service request were also submitted on 11/30/22, 12/22/22, 12/29/22, 1/3/23 and 8/12/24 (there were many more times though.)Apparently the previous tenant moved out because of this unbeknownst to me. Stay far away unless you like water damaged units and a completely unresponsive office. Currently if you have ANY problem at all here, it will just go unanswered. You can leave a message but you will never hear a response. The only way to refill your laundry card is at the office which has felt like its been closed with very limited hours since the middle of September.
I lived here for a year, and while we had various issues with our apartment, they took 8 months to fix. Some still aren’t fixed (like the leaky patio.) The desk people are angels and although short staffed, try their best.
