New owners can’t get anything correctly, are rude and money hungry. They took forever to get me back into my portal just to see there is a higher fee to pay rent through it. I wasn’t notified about the rent increase. I paid what I owed on the rent increase and signed a new lease with them when I legally could have kept my original rent agreement.
