The property manager was very dishonest, and will try to rip you off whenever he gets the chance. We accidentally made a hole in one of our walls and he said over the phone that it shouldnt be a problem and it won't affect the security deposit, but at the end of the year, he denied ever saying that. We ended up having to pay over 100 dollars for a small hole that he stated that it was part of "wear and tear". If you ask me, this company is full of crooks.
