Love the haircuts, hate that they NEVER answer the phone and never call you back.
My sister brought my 87 year old mother, who has the finest, thinnest hair in for a trim. She was not in the seat 10 minutes and she was charged $90, and then my sweet mom felt she still had to tip $15.00 That is robbery!
Lauren is awesome! Not sure I want to tell the world about her because I want to be able to get an appt, but she is fantastic. My hair looks better than it has in a year. She listens and she knew exactly how to cut my fine curly losing its thickness hair. Will be going to see her as long as she will let me! 😊🙏 McKenna was great too! Very sweet kind and nice @ front desk and helpful getting next appt. Great salon
