I called Ivy a few days in advance to make an appointment for a relaxer. When I came in for the service, Ivy was not there. Instead, someone who spoke only spanish was there. Granted, I did give her a chance since she seemed to be told to expect me. She did not base my head for a RELAXER. She combed my hair with relaxer in it, drenched my shirt with water while washing my hair and basically fried my hair under the dryer. The only thing worth paying for was the steamer. Life changing experience. Had a complete transformation by Ivy herself. Went from black to light brown hair with highlights , 26" extentions, and a sexy layer cut. I was/am beyond satisfied with the results! I'm a loyal customer at Ivy's.
