Ivy Ridge Home Builders is nothing but a complete rip off and the worst contractors/builders I have ever come across. I purchased a new home from them in a new development of detached townhomes. The association was managed by them until all of the lots were sold/occupied. I cannot even begin to list the things wrong with the home from poor layout design to them using the cheapest materials possible.
