too many ways to count.. terrible staffing, lack of maintenance staff, horrific snow/ice removal during the winter in the public/common areas and parking lots; claim to have a breed restriction, yet a neighbor across the hall can own a pitbull that attacks a dog on a leash and face no repercussions..
This place has a serious trucker problem. Spoke to the owner many times and she claims she doesn't want them there but isn't proactive in stopping them at all. Anywhere from 1 AM to 5 AM, they are constantly coming and going from the apartment complex. They love to hide in the very back where there is a public park because they know no one rarely comes back there to monitor activity like this.
Renters beware!! The parking is not secure. They have fake cameras up and do not monitor the garage. We have had our cars broken into 5 times in 1 year even with nothing in the cars. Management doesn't care and refuses to take any responsibility. Don't rent here. There are more secure places for the amount of money they charge.
