They are trying to charge you as much as they can even if you clean the apartment and you left nothing there.
I would NOT advise living here. This place is trucker heaven all thanks to one that lives at 536 Yale Street with license plate AG 39650. Used to work for TransNoble Logistics, now works for West Motor Freight (presumably fired due to all of the complaints lodged against him). He brings his truck home daily and drives throughout the neighborhood anywhere from 4 AM to 5:30 AM. He has been complained about numerous times, yet still does it.
